Community First Abstract is licensed to handle real estate transactions anywhere in Pennsylvania; however, much of our business is done for properties in and around Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Our main service areas include Montgomery, Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties

Our History

Led by title industry veteran Francine D’Elia Wirsching, Community First Abstract traces its roots back to the early 2000s when Francine and her husband, Dave, started North American Land Transfer out of their home following the birth of their daughter.

The work came in quickly, and soon the operation moved to a dedicated office space. Business thrived driven by the same standards Community First Abstract stands by today. Mixing industry expertise with a boutique personal experience proved to be a winning combination for Realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers/sellers and others when finding the right title provider in the Philadelphia area. We appreciate our customers and are proudly involved in many causes across Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Francine D’Elia Wirsching, CLTP, NTP – Owner

She is at the forefront of everything we do here and is committed to providing unparalleled service to the clients of Community First Abstract.

Francine has built her business on the solid foundation of relationships with consumers and industry professionals without any affiliated financial arrangement. She has grown her independent business by earning the support and loyalty of her clients through her knowledge and expertise and hands-on approach to each transaction. In fact, consumers, REALTORS, and lenders often invite Francine into a conversation before a contract is signed in order to evaluate solutions to roadblocks to a transaction.

Francine began her career in real estate in 1984 in center city Philadelphia working with the top real estate producer in the Commonwealth. Francine’s plan was to sell real estate but in 1986 entered the title insurance field and hasn’t looked back since!  Her extensive knowledge of closing transactions in center city and the suburbs coupled with her years of experience and seeing the need for a highly personalized approach to closing transactions brought Francine to open her independent title insurance agency in 2003.

She is a past-president of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, holds its highest honor, the Certified Land Title Insurance Professional designation, as well as the National Title Insurance Professional designation from the American Land Title Association. In 2020 Francine received the James G. Schmidt Distinguished Service Award from the Pennsylvania Land Title Association recognizing her outstanding contribution to the industry.
