On May 23rd 2011 Community First's owner, Francine D'Elia Wirsching, ALTP,  was was installed as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association for 2011-12.  Francine was sworn in during this year's PLTA's Annual Convention held at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, PA.
