Community First Abstract provides Title Insurance and Real Estate settlement services in Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. This includes the counties of Montgomery, Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester and Delaware.
We are also licensed in the state of New Jersey. Our New Jersey closings are primarily for clients who live and/or work in the Philadelphia area, but own a home, commercial or investment property in the state of New Jersey.
