Francine D'Elia Wirsching

Francine D’Elia Wirsching, ALTP is a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has more than 25 years of real estate industry experience. Francine has personally closed thousands of transactions including replacement financing, construction loans, and the transfer of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Francine is active in the community and the title insurance industry.  Francine is a long-standing member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and holds the Association's Associate Land Title Professional designation.  She currently serves on its Liaison and Agents Committees. She is also a member of the American Land Title Association.  A resident of Whitemarsh Township, Francine is a member of the Whitemarsh Women’s Club, a charitable organization serving the needs of the community and is the chair of its Scholarship Committee.  Francine is also a member of the E-Women's Network.

Dave Wirsching

Dave Wirsching is a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania. He has over 20 years of experience in a number of industries including financial services, telecommunications and government. Dave has a Masters in Information Systems and extensive experience in customer service and information technology. He is responsible for Community First Abstract's Operations.

Dave is active professionally and in community organizations. He currently serves as the chair of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association’s Technology Committee and is a member of the PLTA Agent’s Committee.  A Navy veteran, he remains active through his involvement in the Philadelphia-area Navy League. Dave is a member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and the Whitpain Business Club.
