• You will receive prompt, courteous attention to your questions and concerns – before or after settlement• The title officer at the settlement table will be fully aware of the details of your transaction
• You’ll get our estimate in writing – disclosing all fees up front
• We’ll work diligently to proactively identify and resolve any issues
• We will send you a written confirmation of your order so that you can review and confirm the details
• You will receive an estimated settlement sheet to review in advance of settlement
