I admit it, some days I'd rather be a caterer.  Food is my first passion and my basement is loaded with chafing dishes. Though I was born to entertain, it doesn't mean I want to spend my weekends attending bridal showers. Luckily, about 25 years ago, I fell in love with title insurance, yes, I know, not exactly exciting, but I'm happy to say I love my work. 

This year I was awarded the Pennsylvania Land Title Association's ALTP designation.  This designation is reserved for the most knowledgeable and experienced title insurance professionals.

I get great satisfaction by participating in one of the most important transactions that a person will ever enter into. I will know your transaction inside and out and make sure you know the bottom-line. Family is important to me.  Our daughter is in grade school.  Some title agents will promise to handle your closing at nine o'clock in the evening or on the weekend.  But, they just might send an unlicensed signing agent to your home, someone who only has a passing knowledge of your transaction and a notary stamp.  And, to top it off, they will charge you a hefty settlement fee for the privilege.    We don't charge a settlement fee and we hold closings only when key players are available, like lender representatives.  Experience has shown that many minor issues can occur during settlement and conducting closings during business hours prevents the inconvenience of rescheduling settlement and potentially incurring extra costs for everyone. We have a number of convenient locations throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, or we can close in the office of your real estate agent or lender.
