The 3-1-2 Approach to Giving

We identified a yardstick to keep us focused and to give ourselves a structured approach to giving back to the community,  Our goals were simple:

     1.   To contribute to local organizations and national causes and;
     2.   Encourage our staff to volunteer in the community

We have committed to the following concept, which we refer to as our 3-1-2 policy:

     3% of our profit will be directed to local community originations
     1% of our profit will be earmarked for worthy national causes
     2% of our employees paid time is available for volunteering with community organizations

We believe that the 3-1-2 commitment will not only guide us in reaching our goal to give back to the community, but it will also provide us with an excellent way to measure our progress.
